Cutest Farmhouse Ever

Posted by on Jul 31, 2013 in Uncategorized | 40 comments

I have the privilege of knowing the family that lives in

the cutest farmhouse I’ve ever seen.

And, I got to visit them today.

And, take pictures.

This house isn’t just “cute“…

…or, “ka-ute“…

or, even “too ka-ute“…

It receives the highest of high in the “cute lingo.”

It is

TOO STINKIN KA-UTE!

Let me introduce you to my friends…

Cutest Farmhouse Ever @ DaisyMaeBelle

Patsy and Jeff are both crazy talented.

(Not to mention their very artistic daughters :))

Cutest Farmhouse Ever @ DaisyMaeBelle

They are building this house themselves.

A true labor of love.

Cutest Farmhouse Ever @ DaisyMaeBelle

They had someone pour the foundation, frame it up, and add the roof.

And, they took it from there.

Seriously!

They put in the windows.

Cutest Farmhouse Ever @ DaisyMaeBelle

Added the hardy plank and rock.

Cutest Farmhouse Ever @ DaisyMaeBelle

Hung the drywall.

Cutest Farmhouse Ever @ DaisyMaeBelle

Did all of the electrical and plumbing.

Cutest Farmhouse Ever @ DaisyMaeBelle

Put in the barn wood beams.

You get the idea…

And, after 3 years, it is almost finished!

Cutest Farmhouse Ever @ DaisyMaeBelle

Patsy has started decorating every space that’s ready.

Cutest Farmhouse Ever @ DaisyMaeBelle

She has some of the cutest gallery walls I’ve ever seen.

And, while her daughters create their works of art…

And, while youngest MagPie plays…

Patsy paints furniture…

and dreams of the next step

to continue to decorate this labor of love

that she and Jeff are building together!

Jeff and Patsy were blessed with their third baby girl almost 5 years ago.

Precious Maggie Rae has Down syndrome.

Patsy shares some of their wonderful journey over at her blog:

Miss Maggie Rae

Jeff and Patsy have not only built a beautiful house,

they have created an inspiring, warm and welcoming home.

Life to the full!
