Anna Belle’s Gallery Wall

My daughters might have the greatest elementary art teacher

on the planet.

No joke.

And, with such an amazing art teacher,

a lot of amazing art work has come into our house.

Entirely too beautiful to store in boxes under beds.

As much as I would love to frame up every piece of art,

my pocketbook won’t allow it…

…Washi tape to the rescue!

Decorating with Washi Tape

Washi Tape

I used a variety of patterns and colors.

Taping the art straight to the wall.

Colorful Gallery wall

I did spring to have a couple of pieces framed.

Colorful wreath

This is the perfect new home for her

Pom Pom Wreath.

Gallery Wall

I am hoping this will not just be a desk,

but a place to create…

…and add to this amazing collection. 🙂

I have plenty more washi tape!

Life to the full!

  1. WOW!!!! i LOVE it all! our art teacher i lacking- i wish we had projects like this!

  2. Maybe seeing how their Mom creates so much awesome stuff inspired your girls to let a part of themselves come to their interests with their art. At least they have an art teacher, none here. They’ve cut out so many programs, art, music, gym class, kids need to be stimulated and inspired, told it’s ok to be something besides a genius. So much pressure on these kids now to perform scholastically.
Luckily your girls have you to show them how they can express themselves. Our youngest granddaughter seems to be only one that is interested in art, sewing, things like that. I hope she’ll keep it up. She really wants to play instruments, sing.

  10. AS a retired art teacher, please tell Anna Belle she is so talented. Thanks mom for displaying her amazing work. Be sure that teacher gets a big polished apple for her encouragement.
